 The program was great, however the venue employees did an awful job. In particular one of the managers (I’m assuming he was a manager). Apparently there was a mixup with the seats, and instead of handling this in a professional manner, he very rudely disrupted the show, literally pulled the plug so the musicians did not have their mics and speakers, and started yelling at the artist mid show. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very embarrassing to the artist.

 The event and performance was great but the problem was the sound was very loud and made uncomfortable for majority of the attendees . We hope have him again in a better environment of sound a parking solution.
